I have been building these stunners for 8 years and have
perfected the process. The stunners I build are encased in
a hard plastic resin. The normal spashing water from a
boat does not short it out. There is no noise. The units
are the same size as a Skoal can.
I am a Registered Nurse and this is just a hobby. I keep
my phone on me but I can not answer if I am in the
